For all offered plywood reels is used certificated material. After agreement we can use non-certificated materials.
The price of drums is based on the material intensity, the size of the drum and also on quantity.
We have about 80 types of plywood drums, but we are able to produce drums according to customer´s requirements that are based on presented documentation.

Labeling:
For marking plywood flanges we use industrial printer. Print color is blue, and the maximum height of the text and images is 70 mm. Interest or disinterest in the marking please specify in your order.

Wooden drums are manufactured according to technical conditions TP 3 / 2011KBB. The production proceeds on the automated line for wooden flanges. Drums are assembled in the area KBB Velke Mezirici or KBB Kladno or if costumer wants, we could deliver drums in disasseblemd state. In case of interest, we provide impregnation against a pests, which is often required for transport by sea.
We use lumber which is dried to 18-22 % of moisture, with certificate ISMP FAO 15. Here is our certificate.

Metal drums are made from pressed-sheet metal and are painted. The customer can make some special arrangements like gluing carpet fabric on the loading area of the cable and so on.
Renting of metal drums
To simplify the cooperation between us and our customers we have developed a renting system of metal drums. Therms and conditions are described in detail in the framework agreement for the purchase of drums. For more information, send email to info@kabelovebubny.cz.
Color - painting
For the production is used a self-fast drying paint based on a combination of special alkydurethan resins in organic solvents, with the addition of pigments and additives. It contains no heavy metals.

After mutual discussions with some cable manufacturers our company managed to unite the attitudes and conditions that are associated with previous approach in the management of the drums.
These new terms will apply to all traders who engage in the sale of cables and wires in the Czech republic and Slovakia. From this reason, we believe that this change will help to simplify and improve our services.
The condition for the participation of traders in this new service is signing a document - Contract for the repurchase of cable drums.

We have two trucks with trailers and one smaller truck. We try to maximize the use of these vehicles for import and export of drums. If our cars are busy, we use the services of other freight forwarding companies.
